QUALITY REMODELS IN SOUTH DENVER AND CASTLE ROCK COLORADO
HS Design Build was established by owner John Blicharz in 2010. Since then, we have been delivering quality basement finishing, basement remodeling, kitchen remodels, kitchen renovations, kitchen makeovers, bathroom remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, new construction and custom homes. Our work spans Castle Rock, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Littleton, and Greenwood Village.
THE PROCESS
First, we start with a visit to your home to review the project and discuss your vision. You may have a clear vision of what you want and that’s great! We can get into the details of how to build the project of your dreams. You may not have an idea of what you want yet and that is okay too. We are happy to discuss design possibilities; HS Design Build offers design services as well. Following this meeting we draft a floorplan and produce a complimentary bid for your review.
You may find that we are not the cheapest bid. This is because our owner and lead contractor John Blicharz has over 30 years experience in the building industry. His extensive knowledge and expertise allows us to deliver realistic project costs.
We believe in the accuracy of our bids and maintaining the original price provided to the client. Price deviation from the final bid will only occur when adjustments are made by the client. This can include adding project scope or making changes to the original design. You will never be hit with any change orders due to any fault of our own. We believe this is what sets us apart from the competition.
WE VALUE OUR CLIENTS
Our attention to quality is second to none and we value our clients. We often end up doing multiple projects with our clients. All of our work comes from referrals and that is what we love about our client group. Both parties start out with a level of trust when you come together this way. If you aren’t familiar with us, or haven’t been referred by our client group, no problem! We are happy to work with you and provide references to similar projects we have worked on.
